Priests in a Tiki Bar Boat
by Kevin Saunders Hayes

I never knew they were a thing. Now I want one. Ahoy, and welcome back to another episode of Quarantine Compositions. My weekly series of original music I write just for you. I sometimes feel I’m not working hard enough for you. I mean this stuff just shows up at the front door, scratching to get in, and well, I let it. The headline says it all, “Albany man rescued from Lake George by priests on a floating tiki bar.” Seriously, my life is pretty much complete now. What else could there possibly be? https://bit.ly/32PPaEi I never even knew Tiki Bar Boats were a thing. Boy, was I wrong. It’s a *very* big thing (Google it). And I’m gonna ride me one of these suckers before my time here is done. Just sayin’. So, a kayaker losses his shit, falls into the drink and thinks, “This is it kids.” But… not so fast. The power of prayer is an awesome thing, and as our wet friend finishes his bargain with his maker - a boat - a TIKI boat - comes floating by - full of priests. Take a minute. Not only do these men of the cloth rescue our floundering kayaker, but they also save his kayak AND his iPhone. And they do it while sipping little rum drinks, in those tiki head Trader Vic’s glasses, with umbrellas in ‘em. Divine intervention is a beautiful and powerful thing. So, belly up to the bar, grab your glass (don’t forget the umbrella), and your free download: https://bit.ly/3mR5Cwi #tikibarboat #tikibar #music #love #art #musician #musica #instagood #dj #artist #instagram #rock #follow #like #dance #guitar #song #life #live #party #livemusic #newmusic #producer #musicvideo #instamusic #quarantinestories #quarantinecompositions
